Slight trigger warning here: discussion of mortality, of illness, of surgery and some depressing sh*t. Maybe skip this one if you’re not feeling it today.
I saw an interesting post on Facebook yesterday which was essentially saying, it’s okay if you’re too tired to Witch right now. And that resonated with me. As I’ve said before, sometimes we can fall into the trap of labelling ourselves ‘good’ or ‘bad’ witches, in the sense of we might practise every day orContinue reading “When You're Too Tired to Witch”
So I’m signed up to receive emails from Gabby Bernstein, who, I think we can all agree, is a bit of a f*cking inspiration, right? Anyway, the other day this email pops up, and it says, “Are you a manic manifester?”. Immediately, I thought – YES. I don’t know what that means but YES, itContinue reading “What is Manic Manifesting?”

One of my very first posts on this site was when I was just a couple days into the 21 Day Abundance Challenge, which marries the 21 day abundance meditation course from Deepak Chopra with some daily tasks aimed at helping us take a look at ourselves, our lives, where we come from and whereContinue reading “The 21 Day Abundance Challenge: From the Other Side”
It happens to the best of us. Anxiety is a thing that is kind of always with you. If you suffer from anxiety, whether just occasionally or on the regular, you’ll know what I’m talking about.
t’s all very well to say we need to meditate every day, but sometimes you just want to watch Netflix and eat crap and feel miserable in peace. Why can’t we be left alone to be miserable? Why do we have to meditate?
For the everyday, real person, what does it mean to ‘Release What No Longer Serves You’?
