When we have a constant barrage of distressing, upsetting or just bad news, it has an effect on our bodies, minds and spirits. It gets into the pores of our souls and brings our vibrations down, and that’s normal. In fact, it has been claimed that what we are experiencing is essentially a globally-shared trauma – so it’s more than normal to be feeling distressed, anxious and grubby.

It happens to the best of us. Anxiety is a thing that is kind of always with you. If you suffer from anxiety, whether just occasionally or on the regular, you’ll know what I’m talking about.
t’s all very well to say we need to meditate every day, but sometimes you just want to watch Netflix and eat crap and feel miserable in peace. Why can’t we be left alone to be miserable? Why do we have to meditate?
